The coffee machine broke. no breakfast options.

The indoor pool was nice and clean.

We reserved a King Room with a sofa bed, but when we arrived, they didn't have it available. Instead, we were given a less desirable room that didn't meet our expectations. Additionally, the bathroom light didn't work, which was quite inconvenient during our short stay.

i recently stayed here for a quick getaway and it exceeded my previous stay in williamsburg. the indoor pool was a relaxing retreat after a day at bush gardens, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist me. overall, the cleanliness and location made my stay delightful.

bistro options were limited

We had a fantastic time enjoying the indoor pool and the relaxing jacuzzi during our stay. The kids loved the bistro food and the variety at breakfast, which made mornings a treat. Just a heads-up, the breakfast rush can get pretty busy, so planning ahead could help! 😊

The breakfast situation is a bit disappointing. an a la carte menu is available, but be prepared to spend extra as the included options are limited. Also, the room feels cramped for the price, which might not satisfy everyone looking for more spacious accommodations.

the staff at the courtyard were incredibly friendly. especially the kind gentleman at the front desk who made my check-in smooth. it’s also super close to busch gardens, making it perfect for easy park access. i loved the indoor pool, which was a nice spot to relax after a long day.

Location is perfect for Busch Gardens, just 2 miles away. Loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the whirlpool area. Room was super comfy with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a cozy sofa bed. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast has tasty sandwiches and pastries, but it's a bit pricey. Overall, good vibes and clean rooms!

The hotel is perfectly situated near beautiful Colonial Williamsburg and the peaceful Quarterpath Park, making it easy to enjoy leisurely strolls through charming streets and serene landscapes. the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, especially during my check-in experience which set the tone for a great stay. for those who love an indoor pool to relax in after exploring, this hotel has a lovely one too, but the rooms could use a bit of updating to enhance the overall experience.
